NIPPAN BAKERY is an artisan Japanese bakery, where fluffy bread and unique pastries made from high-quality ingredients are baked fresh daily by Chikako.

When people ask Chika what she misses most about Japan, she always says sparkling fresh sushi, Onsen (hot springs), and a typical Japanese bakery.

After a year of constant baking, testing (including yummy taste tests) and learning, the decision was clear. We need to create a local bakery in Prague with a friendly atmosphere and delicious Japanese-style bread and pastries. A bakery where people happily come to meet , whether it's our neighbors from around the neighborhood or people from across the city wanting a little taste of Japan.

NIPPAN BAKERY is a place where you can pause for a moment, breathe in the aroma of Japan, and have a specialty coffee or matcha latte with a tasty Japanese pastry (or two).
